Isaiah 40:22

40:22 He is the one who sits on the earth’s horizon;

its inhabitants are like grasshoppers before him.

He is the one who stretches out the sky like a thin curtain,

and spreads it out like a pitched tent.

Isaiah 45:12

45:12 I made the earth,

I created the people who live on it.

It was me – my hands stretched out the sky,

12:1 The revelation of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: The Lord – he who stretches out the heavens and lays the foundations of the earth, who forms the human spirit within a person – says,

Hebrews 1:10-12

“You founded the earth in the beginning, Lord,

and the heavens are the works of your hands.

1:11 They will perish, but you continue.

And they will all grow old like a garment,

1:12 and like a robe you will fold them up

and like a garment they will be changed,

but you are the same and your years will never run out.”
