41:4 Who acts and carries out decrees?

Who summons the successive generations from the beginning?

I, the Lord, am present at the very beginning,

and at the very end – I am the one.

Genesis 17:7-8

17:7 I will confirm my covenant as a perpetual covenant between me and you. It will extend to your descendants after you throughout their generations.
