Isaiah 8:9-10
8:9 You will be broken, O nations;
you will be shattered!
Pay attention, all you distant lands of the earth!
Get ready for battle, and you will be shattered!

8:10 Devise your strategy, but it will be thwarted!
Issue your orders, but they will not be executed!
For God is with us!
Isaiah 41:5-7
41:5 The coastlands see and are afraid;
the whole earth trembles;
they approach and come.
41:6 They help one another;
one says to the other, ‘Be strong!’
41:7 The craftsman encourages the metalsmith,
the one who wields the hammer encourages the one who pounds on the anvil.
He approves the quality of the welding,
and nails it down so it won’t fall over.”
Acts 9:24-27
9:24 but Saul learned of their plot against him.
They were also watching
the city gates
day and night so that they could kill him.
9:25 But his disciples took him at night and let him down through an opening
in the wall by lowering him in a basket.
Saul Returns to Jerusalem
9:26 When he arrived in Jerusalem, he attempted to associate with the disciples, and they were all afraid of him, because they did not believe that he was a disciple.
9:27 But Barnabas took Saul, brought him to the apostles, and related to them how he had seen the Lord on the road, that the Lord had spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had spoken out boldly in the name of Jesus.
Acts 21:28
21:28 shouting, “Men of Israel,
help! This is the man who teaches everyone everywhere against our people, our law,
and this sanctuary!
Furthermore
he has brought Greeks into the inner courts of the temple
and made this holy place ritually unclean!”
Revelation 16:14
16:14 For they are the spirits of the demons performing signs who go out to the kings of the earth
to bring them together for the battle that will take place on the great day of God, the All-Powerful.
Revelation 20:8-10
20:8 and will go out to deceive
the nations at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog,
to bring them together for the battle. They are as numerous as the grains of sand in the sea.
20:9 They
went up
on the broad plain of the earth
and encircled
the camp
of the saints and the beloved city, but
fire came down from heaven and devoured them completely.
20:10 And the devil who deceived
them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur,
where the beast and the false prophet are
too, and they will be tormented there day and night forever and ever.
