Jeremiah 32:3
32:3 For King Zedekiah
had confined Jeremiah there after he had reproved him for prophesying as he did. He had asked Jeremiah, “Why do you keep prophesying these things? Why do you keep saying that the
Lord says, ‘I will hand this city over to the king of Babylon? I will let him capture it.
Jeremiah 32:8
32:8 Now it happened just as the
Lord had said! My cousin Hanamel
came to me in the courtyard of the guardhouse. He said to me, ‘Buy my field which is at Anathoth in the territory of the tribe of Benjamin. Buy it for yourself since you are entitled as my closest relative to take possession of it for yourself.’ When this happened, I recognized that the
Lord had indeed spoken to me.
Jeremiah 33:1
The Lord Promises a Second Time to Restore Israel and Judah
33:1 The Lord spoke to Jeremiah a second time while he was still confined in the courtyard of the guardhouse.
Jeremiah 36:5
36:5 Then Jeremiah told Baruch, “I am no longer allowed to go
into the
Lord’s temple.
Jeremiah 37:21
37:21 Then King Zedekiah ordered that Jeremiah be committed to the courtyard of the guardhouse. He also ordered that a loaf of bread
be given to him every day from the baker’s street until all the bread in the city was gone. So Jeremiah was kept
in the courtyard of the guardhouse.
Jeremiah 38:6
38:6 So the officials
took Jeremiah and put him in the cistern
of Malkijah, one of the royal princes,
that was in the courtyard of the guardhouse. There was no water in the cistern, only mud. So when they lowered Jeremiah into the cistern with ropes he sank in the mud.
Jeremiah 39:13-15
39:13 So Nebuzaradan, the captain of the royal guard, Nebushazban, who was a chief officer, Nergal-Sharezer, who was a high official,
and all the other officers of the king of Babylon
39:14 sent and had Jeremiah brought from the courtyard of the guardhouse. They turned him over to Gedaliah,
the son of Ahikam and the grandson of Shaphan, to take him home with him.
But Jeremiah stayed among the people.

39:15 Now the Lord had spoken to Jeremiah while he was still confined in the courtyard of the guardhouse,
