Jeremiah 7:14-15
7:14 So I will destroy this temple which I have claimed as my own,
this temple that you are trusting to protect you. I will destroy this place that I gave to you and your ancestors,
just like I destroyed Shiloh.
7:15 And I will drive you out of my sight just like I drove out your relatives, the people of Israel.’”
Jeremiah 17:22
17:22 Do not carry any loads out of your houses or do any work on the Sabbath day.

Jeremiah 23:27
23:27 How long will they go on plotting
to make my people forget who I am
through the dreams they tell one another? That is just as bad as what their ancestors
did when they forgot who I am by worshiping the god Baal.
Jeremiah 27:13
27:13 There is no reason why you and your people should die in war
or from starvation or disease!
That’s what the
Lord says will happen to any nation
that will not be subject to the king of Babylon.
Jeremiah 31:28
31:28 In the past I saw to it that they were uprooted and torn down, that they were destroyed and demolished. But now I will see to it that they are built up and firmly planted.
I, the
Lord, affirm it!”
