John 5:17
5:17 So he
told
them, “My Father is working until now, and I too am working.”
John 5:21-22
5:21 For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life,
so also the Son gives life to whomever he wishes.
5:22 Furthermore, the Father does not judge
anyone, but has assigned
all judgment to the Son,
John 5:26
5:26 For just as the Father has life in himself, thus he has granted the Son to have life in himself,
John 6:37
6:37 Everyone whom the Father gives me will come to me, and the one who comes to me I will never send away.

8:18 I testify about myself
and the Father who sent me testifies about me.”

14:13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name,
so that the Father may be glorified
in the Son.

I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate
to be with you forever –
