John 8:54-55
8:54 Jesus replied,
“If I glorify myself, my glory is worthless.
The one who glorifies me is my Father, about whom you people
say, ‘He is our God.’

you do not know him, but I know him. If I were to say that I do not know him,
I would be a liar like you. But I do know him, and I obey
his teaching.

Good Figs and Bad Figs
24:1 The Lord showed me two baskets of figs sitting before his temple. This happened after King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon deported Jehoiakim’s son, King Jeconiah of Judah. He deported him and the leaders of Judah, along with the craftsmen and metal workers, and took them to Babylon.
