Leviticus 11:7

11:7 The pig is unclean to you because its hoof is divided (the hoof is completely split in two), even though it does not chew the cud.

Deuteronomy 14:8

14:8 Also the pig is ritually impure to you; though it has divided hooves, it does not chew the cud. You may not eat their meat or even touch their remains.

Isaiah 65:3-4

65:3 These people continually and blatantly offend me

as they sacrifice in their sacred orchards

and burn incense on brick altars.

65:4 They sit among the tombs

and keep watch all night long.

They eat pork,

and broth from unclean sacrificial meat is in their pans.

Isaiah 66:3

66:3 The one who slaughters a bull also strikes down a man;

the one who sacrifices a lamb also breaks a dog’s neck;

the one who presents an offering includes pig’s blood with it;

the one who offers incense also praises an idol.

They have decided to behave this way;

they enjoy these disgusting practices.

5:11 There on the hillside, a great herd of pigs was feeding.

Luke 8:32

8:32 Now a large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside, and the demonic spirits begged Jesus to let them go into them. He gave them permission.

Luke 15:15-16

15:15 So he went and worked for one of the citizens of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. 15:16 He was longing to eat the carob pods the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.
