from the whole Judean countryside and all of Jerusalem
were going out to him, and he was baptizing them
in the Jordan River as they confessed their sins.

Mark 2:19
2:19 Jesus
said to them, “The wedding guests
cannot fast while the bridegroom
is with them, can they?
As long as they have the bridegroom with them they do not fast.
Mark 2:22
2:22 And no one pours new wine into old wineskins;
otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the skins will be destroyed. Instead new wine is poured into new wineskins.”
Mark 4:15
4:15 These are the ones on the path where the word is sown: Whenever they hear, immediately Satan
