Rewards

10:40 “Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me. 10:41 Whoever receives a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward. Whoever receives a righteous person in the name of a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward.

Matthew 18:5

18:5 And whoever welcomes a child like this in my name welcomes me.

Mark 6:11

6:11 If a place will not welcome you or listen to you, as you go out from there, shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them.”

Mark 9:37

9:37 “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

Luke 9:5

9:5 Wherever they do not receive you, as you leave that town, shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them.”

Luke 9:48

Luke 10:10-11

Washing the Disciples’ Feet

13:1 Just before the Passover feast, Jesus knew that his time had come to depart from this world to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he now loved them to the very end.
