Mark 1:14-15

Preaching in Galilee and the Call of the Disciples

1:14 Now after John was imprisoned, Jesus went into Galilee and proclaimed the gospel of God. 1:15 He said, “The time is fulfilled and the kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the gospel!”

Mark 1:38-39

1:38 He replied, “Let us go elsewhere, into the surrounding villages, so that I can preach there too. For that is what I came out here to do.” 1:39 So he went into all of Galilee preaching in their synagogues and casting out demons.

John 9:4

9:4 We must perform the deeds of the one who sent me as long as it is daytime. Night is coming when no one can work.

Acts 10:38

10:38 with respect to Jesus from Nazareth, that God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with him.

10:2 He was a devout, God-fearing man, as was all his household; he did many acts of charity for the people and prayed to God regularly.
