Matthew 14:13-14
The Feeding of the Five Thousand
14:13 Now when Jesus heard this he went away from there privately in a boat to an isolated place. But when the crowd heard about it, they followed him on foot from the towns.
14:14 As he got out he saw the large crowd, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick.
Mark 1:37
1:37 When they found him, they said, “Everyone is looking for you.”
Mark 1:45
1:45 But as the man
went out he began to announce it publicly and spread the story widely, so that Jesus
was no longer able to enter any town openly but stayed outside in remote places. Still
they kept coming
to him from everywhere.
Mark 6:33-34
6:33 But many saw them leaving and recognized them, and they hurried on foot
from all the towns
and arrived there ahead of them.
6:34 As Jesus
came ashore
he saw the large crowd and he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So
he taught them many things.
John 6:24
6:24 So when the crowd realized that neither Jesus nor his disciples were there, they got into the boats
and came to Capernaum
looking for Jesus.
