Numbers 1:2
1:2 “Take a census
of the entire
Israelite community
by their clans and families,
counting the name of every individual male.
Numbers 1:45
1:45 All the Israelites who were twenty years old or older, who could serve in Israel’s army, were numbered
according to their families.
Numbers 8:17
8:17 For all the firstborn males among the Israelites are mine, both humans and animals; when I destroyed
all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I set them apart for myself.
