Proverbs 28:12

28:12 When the righteous rejoice, great is the glory,

but when the wicked rise to power, people are sought out.

Proverbs 28:28

28:28 When the wicked gain control, people hide themselves,

but when they perish, the righteous increase.

James 5:4-6

5:4 Look, the pay you have held back from the workers who mowed your fields cries out against you, and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts. 5:5 You have lived indulgently and luxuriously on the earth.
