exchanged the truth of God for a lie
and worshiped and served the creation

12:2 Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God – what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.
Romans 15:16
15:16 to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. I serve
the gospel of God
like a priest, so that the Gentiles may become an acceptable offering,
sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
