Paul’s Desire to Visit Rome
1:8 First of all, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed throughout the whole world.

only this, but we also rejoice
in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received this reconciliation.
Romans 7:8
7:8 But sin, seizing the opportunity through the commandment, produced in me all kinds of wrong desires.
For apart from the law, sin is dead.

is distressed because of what you eat,

Do not destroy by your food someone for whom Christ died.
