3:3 What then? If some did not believe, does their unbelief nullify the faithfulness of God?

Acts 13:46-47

13:46 Both Paul and Barnabas replied courageously, “It was necessary to speak the word of God to you first. Since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we are turning to the Gentiles. 13:47 For this is what the Lord has commanded us: ‘I have appointed you to be a light for the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

Acts 18:6

18:6 When they opposed him and reviled him, he protested by shaking out his clothes and said to them, “Your blood be on your own heads! I am guiltless! From now on I will go to the Gentiles!”

Hebrews 3:12

3:12 See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has an evil, unbelieving heart that forsakes the living God.

3:19 So we see that they could not enter because of unbelief.

Hebrews 4:6

4:6 Therefore it remains for some to enter it, yet those to whom it was previously proclaimed did not enter because of disobedience.

4:11 Thus we must make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by following the same pattern of disobedience.
