18:5 Ahab told Obadiah, “Go through the land to all the springs and valleys. Maybe we can find some grazing areas 1  so we can keep the horses and mules alive and not have to kill 2  some of the animals.”

Psalms 104:14

Context

104:14 He provides grass 3  for the cattle,

and crops for people to cultivate, 4 

so they can produce food from the ground, 5 

Jeremiah 14:5

Context

14:5 Even the doe abandons her newborn fawn 6  in the field

because there is no grass.

Joel 1:18

Context

1:18 Listen to the cattle groan! 7 

The herds of livestock wander around in confusion 8 

because they have no pasture.

Even the flocks of sheep are suffering.

Joel 2:22

Context

2:22 Do not fear, wild animals! 9
