1 Samuel 2:7-8

2:7 The Lord impoverishes and makes wealthy;

he humbles and he exalts.

2:8 He lifts the weak ¹  from the dust;

to seat them with princes

Jeremiah 27:5-6

Daniel 4:17

Submission to Civil Government
