Context
16:9 Certainly 1  the Lord watches the whole earth carefully 2  and is ready to strengthen those who are devoted to him. 3  You have acted foolishly in this matter; from now on you will have war.

Daniel 12:4

12:4 “But you, Daniel, close up these words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will dash about, 4  and knowledge will increase.”

Joel 2:9

The people need not fear, however, for the Lord will be an invisible but strong wall (v. 5).
