Context8:24 Joram passed away 2 and was buried with his ancestors in the city of David. His son Ahaziah replaced him as king.

Context21:18 Manasseh passed away 4 and was buried in his palace garden, the garden of Uzzah, and his son Amon replaced him as king.
21:19 Amon was twenty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned for two years in Jerusalem. 5 His mother 6 was Meshullemeth, the daughter of Haruz, from Jotbah.
2 Kings 22:1-2
Context22:1 Josiah was eight years old when he became king, and he reigned for thirty-one years in Jerusalem. 7 His mother 8 was Jedidah, daughter of Adaiah, from Bozkath. 22:2 He did what the Lord approved 9 and followed in his ancestor David’s footsteps; 10 he did not deviate to the right or the left.
[8:16] 1 tc The Hebrew text reads, “and in the fifth year of Joram son of Ahab king of Israel, and [or, ‘while’?] Jehoshaphat [was?] king of Judah, Jehoram son of Jehoshaphat king of Judah became king.” The first reference to “Jehoshaphat king of Judah” is probably due to a scribe accidentally copying the phrase from the later in the verse. If the Hebrew text is retained, the verse probably refers to the beginning of a coregency between Jehoshaphat and Jehoram.
