23:3 The God of Israel spoke,

the protector ¹  of Israel spoke to me.

The one who rules fairly among men,

the one who rules in the fear of God,

2 Samuel 4:11

4:11 Surely when wicked men have killed an innocent man as he slept ²  in his own house, should I not now require his blood from your hands and remove ³  you from the earth?”
