Genesis 7:1-24

• Hujan, Hujan [KJ.70]

  1. Hujan, hujan, tak hentinya hujan turun menderas; empat puluh hari hujan, hujan lagi, jadi air bah.	Kej 7:10-12 Ibr 11:7 2 Ptr 2:5
  2. Pohon, hewan dan semua orang mati tenggelam; dalam banjir ini gunung yang tertinggi ikut terbenam.
  3. Hidup, hidup, masih ada hidup dalam air bah: Nuh yang membawanya atas p'rintah Allah, dalam bahtera!
  4. Bapa, ibu, anak dan menantu, hewan pun serta hidup dalam baht'ra sampai di saatnya surut air bah.

  They dreamed not of danger, those sinners of old, Whom Noah was chosen to warn; By frequent transgressions their hearts had grown cold, They laughed his entreaties to scorn; Yet daily he called them, “Oh come, sinners, come, Believe and prepare to embark! Receive ye the message, and know there is room For all who will come to the Ark.” Refrain Then come, come, oh, come; There’s refuge alone in the Ark; Receive ye the message, and know there is room For all who will come to the Ark. • [Dan 3:25] The Bloodwashed Pilgrim

  I saw a wayworn traveler, in tattered garments clad, And struggling up the mountain, it seemed that he was sad; His back was laden heavy, his strength was almost gone, Yet he shouted as he journeyed, “Deliverance will come!” Refrain Then palms of victory, crowns of glory, Palms of victory I shall wear. The summer sun was shining, the sweat was on his brow, His garments worn and dusty, his step seemed very slow; But he kept pressing onward, for he was wending home, Still shouting as he journeyed, “Deliverance will come!” Refrain The songsters in the arbor that stood beside the way Attracted his attention, inviting his delay: His watchword being “Onward!” he stopped his ears and ran, Still shouting as he journeyed, “Deliverance will come!” Refrain I saw him in the evening; the sun was bending low; He’d overtopped the mountain, and reached the vale below: He saw the Golden City—his everlasting home— And shouted loud, “Hosanna! Deliverance will come!” Refrain While gazing on that city, just o’er the narrow flood, A band of holy angels came from the throne of God; They bore him on their pinions safe o’er the dashing foam, And joined him in his triumph: Deliverance had come! Refrain I heard the song of triumph they sang upon that shore, Saying, “Jesus has redeemed us to suffer nevermore!” Then casting his eyes backward on the race which he had run, He shouted loud, “Hosanna! His helmet was salvation, a simple faith his shield, And righteousness his breastplate, the spirit’s sword he’d wield. Hebrews 1:14

• [Heb 1:14] Lord God, We All To Thee Give Praise

  Lord God, we all to Thee give praise, Thanksgivings meet to Thee we raise, That angel hosts Thou didst create Around Thy glorious throne to wait. They shine with light and heav’nly grace And constantly behold Thy face; They heed Thy voice, they know it well, In godly wisdom they excel. They never rest nor sleep as we; Their whole delight is but to be With Thee, Lord Jesus, and to keep Thy little flock, Thy lambs and sheep. The ancient Dragon is their foe; His envy and his wrath they know. It always is his aim and pride Thy Christian people to divide. As he of old deceived the world And into sin and death was hurled, So now he subtly lies in wait To ruin school and Church and state. A roaring lion round he goes, No halt nor rest he ever knows; He seeks the Christians to devour And slay them by his dreadful power. But watchful is the angel band That follows Christ on every hand To guard His people where they go And break the counsel of the Foe. For this, now and in days to be, Our praise shall rise, O Lord, to Thee, Whom all the angel hosts adore With grateful songs forevermore.

• [Heb 1:14] They Come, God’s Messengers Of Love

  They come, God’s messengers of love, They come from realms of peace above, From homes of never fading light, From blissful mansions ever bright. They come to watch around us here, To soothe our sorrow, calm our fear: Ye heavenly guides, speed not away, God willeth you with us to stay. But chiefly at its journey’s end ’Tis yours the spirit to befriend, And whisper to the faithful heart, “O Christian soul, in peace depart.” Blest Jesu, Thou Whose groans and tears Have sanctified frail nature’s fears, To earth in bitter sorrow weighed, Thou didst not scorn Thine angel’s aid; An angel guard to us supply, When on the bed of death we lie; And by Thine own Almighty power O shield us in the last dread hour.
