Genesis 45:16

45:16 Now it was reported ¹  in the household of Pharaoh, “Joseph’s brothers have arrived.” It pleased ²  Pharaoh and his servants.

46:31 Then Joseph said to his brothers and his father’s household, “I will go up and tell Pharaoh, ³  ‘My brothers and my father’s household who were in the land of Canaan have come to me.

BDAG 18 s.v. ἀδελφός 1, where considerable nonbiblical evidence for the plural ἀδελφοί [adelfoi] meaning “brothers and sisters” is cited). The context here also indicates both men and women are in view; note especially the collective τὰ παιδία (ta paidia) in v. 14.
