[27:6]  1 tc The Hebrew text reads literally, “the coming ones, let Jacob take root.” הַבָּאִים (habbaim, “the coming ones”) should probably be emended to יָמִים בָאִים (yamim vaim, “days [are] coming”) or בְּיָמִים הַבָּאִים (biyamim habbaim, “in the coming days”).

[27:6]  2 tn Heb “fruit” (so KJV, NAB, NASB, NIV, NRSV, NLT).

[27:6]  3 sn This apparently refers to a future population explosion. See 26:18.

[65:9]  4 tn Heb “it.” The third feminine singular pronominal suffix probably refers to the land which contains the aforementioned mountains.

[65:2]  5 tn Heb “who walked [in] the way that is not good, after their thoughts.”

[19:1]  6 tn Heb “and the heart of Egypt melts within it.”

[19:1]  7 tn Heb “and the heart of Egypt melts within it.”

[80:9]  8 tn Heb “you cleared away before it.”

[80:9]  9 tn Heb “and it took root [with] its roots.”

[30:19]  10 tn Heb “Out of them will come thanksgiving and a sound of those who are playful.”

[30:19]  11 sn Compare Jer 29:6.

[9:27]  12 tn Grk “sons.”

[3:29]  13 tn Grk “seed.” See the note on the first occurrence of the word “descendant” in 3:16.
