Context

28:5 At that time¹ the Lord who commands armies will become a beautiful crown

and a splendid diadem for the remnant of his people.

Isaiah 11:16

Context

11:16 There will be a highway leading out of Assyria

for the remnant of his people,²

just as there was for Israel,

when³ they went up from the land of Egypt.
