Isaiah 60:14

60:14 The children of your oppressors will come bowing to you;

all who treated you with disrespect will bow down at your feet.

They will call you, ‘The City of the Lord,

Zion of the Holy One of Israel.’ ¹ 

Isaiah 61:7

61:7 Instead of shame, you will get a double portion; ² 

instead of humiliation, they will rejoice over the land they receive. ³ 

Yes, ⁴  they will possess a double portion in their land

and experience lasting joy.

Isaiah 62:7

62:7 Don’t allow him to rest until he reestablishes Jerusalem, ⁵ 

until he makes Jerusalem the pride ⁶  of the earth.

Jeremiah 33:9

33:9 All the nations will hear about all the good things which I will do to them. This city will bring me fame, honor, and praise before them for the joy that I bring it. The nations will tremble in awe at all the peace and prosperity that I will provide for it.’ ⁷ 

Ezekiel 39:26

39:26 They will bear their shame for all their unfaithful acts against me, when they live securely on their land with no one to make them afraid.
