Matthew 3:15

3:15 So Jesus replied ¹  to him, “Let it happen now, ²  for it is right for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John ³  yielded ⁴  to him.

22:21 They replied, ⁵  “Caesar’s.” He said to them, ⁶  “Then give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” ⁷ 

Romans 13:6-7

13:6 For this reason you also pay taxes, for the authorities ⁸  are God’s servants devoted to governing. ⁹  13:7 Pay everyone what is owed: taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due.
