28:11 “‘On the first day of each month ¹  you must offer as a burnt offering to the Lord two young bulls, one ram, and seven unblemished lambs a year old,

Numbers 28:19

28:19 “‘But you must offer to the Lord an offering made by fire, a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram, and seven lambs one year old; they must all be unblemished. ² 

Leviticus 23:18-19

23:18 Along with the loaves of bread, ³  you must also present seven flawless yearling lambs, ⁴  one young bull, ⁵  and two rams. ⁶  They are to be a burnt offering to the Lord along with their grain offering ⁷  and drink offerings, a gift of a soothing aroma to the Lord. ⁸  23:19 You must also offer ⁹  one male goat ¹⁰  for a sin offering and two yearling lambs for a peace offering sacrifice,
