Psalms 25:10

25:10 The Lord always proves faithful and reliable ¹ 

to those who follow the demands of his covenant. ² 

Psalms 89:30-33

89:30 If his sons reject my law

and disobey my regulations,

89:31 if they break ³  my rules

and do not keep my commandments,

89:32 I will punish their rebellion by beating them with a club, ⁴ 

their sin by inflicting them with bruises. ⁵ 

89:33 But I will not remove ⁶  my loyal love from him,

nor be unfaithful to my promise. ⁷ 

Hebrews 12:10-11

12:10 For they disciplined us for a little while as seemed good to them, but he does so for our benefit, that we may share his holiness. 12:11 Now all discipline seems painful at the time, not joyful. ⁸  But later it produces the fruit of peace and righteousness ⁹  for those trained by it.

Revelation 3:19
