he who commands the sun and it does not shine and seals up the stars;

Is it at your command that the eagle soars, and builds its nest on high?

Have you ever in your life commanded the morning, or made the dawn know its place,

Do you know how God commands them, how he makes lightning flash in his storm cloud?
