Then he began to teach them by saying:

They said to him, “Lord, let our eyes be opened.”

Later, the other virgins came too, saying, ‘Lord, lord! Let us in!’

And tombs were opened, and the bodies of many saints who had died were raised.

So they asked him, “How then were you made to see?”

Then they said to him, “What did he do to you? How did he cause you to see?”

Never before has anyone heard of someone causing a man born blind to see.

Now Peter continued knocking, and when they opened the door and saw him, they were greatly astonished.
