Everything I have belongs to you, and everything you have belongs to me, and I have been glorified by them.

On that day, many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, and in your name cast out demons and do many powerful deeds?’

Set them apart in the truth; your word is truth.

Take what is yours and go. I want to give to this last man the same as I gave to you.

so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.’

Give to everyone who asks you, and do not ask for your possessions back from the person who takes them away.

Then the father said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and everything that belongs to me is yours.

But so that I may not delay you any further, I beg you to hear us briefly with your customary graciousness.

So by your knowledge the weak brother or sister, for whom Christ died, is destroyed.

Why do you see the speck in your brother’s eye, but fail to see the beam of wood in your own?

So the slaves of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Then where did the weeds come from?’

“Father, if you are willing, take this cup away from me. Yet not my will but yours be done.”

Pilate answered, “I am not a Jew, am I? Your own people and your chief priests handed you over to me. What have you done?”

However, without your consent I did not want to do anything, so that your good deed would not be out of compulsion, but from your own willingness.

As he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, his disciples came to him privately and said, “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

Now John’s disciples and the Pharisees were fasting. So they came to Jesus and said, “Why do the disciples of John and the disciples of the Pharisees fast, but your disciples don’t fast?”

But Jesus did not permit him to do so. Instead, he said to him, “Go to your home and to your people and tell them what the Lord has done for you, that he had mercy on you.”

Then they said to him, “John’s disciples frequently fast and pray, and so do the disciples of the Pharisees, but yours continue to eat and drink.”

They said to the woman, “No longer do we believe because of your words, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this one really is the Savior of the world.”

“I have revealed your name to the men you gave me out of the world. They belonged to you, and you gave them to me, and they have obeyed your word.
