Be careful! I have told you everything ahead of time.

so that although they look they may look but not see, and although they hear they may hear but not understand, so they may not repent and be forgiven.”

Regaining his sight he said, “I see people, but they look like trees walking.”

Jesus began to say to them, “Watch out that no one misleads you.

Watch out! Stay alert! For you do not know when the time will come.

And Jesus ordered them, “Watch out! Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod!”

Though you have eyes, don’t you see? And though you have ears, can’t you hear? Don’t you remember?

And he said to them, “Take care about what you hear. The measure you use will be the measure you receive, and more will be added to you.

His disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing against you and you say, ‘Who touched me?’”

In his teaching Jesus also said, “Watch out for the experts in the law. They like walking around in long robes and elaborate greetings in the marketplaces,

Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left on another. All will be torn down!”

“You must watch out for yourselves. You will be handed over to councils and beaten in the synagogues. You will stand before governors and kings because of me, as a witness to them.

He took the blind man by the hand and brought him outside of the village. Then he spit on his eyes, placed his hands on his eyes and asked, “Do you see anything?”

When they came they said to him, “Teacher, we know that you are truthful and do not court anyone’s favor, because you show no partiality but teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not? Should we pay or shouldn’t we?”
