Jesus said to them, “I will ask you one question. Answer me and I will tell you by what authority I do these things:

And I will say to myself, “You have plenty of goods stored up for many years; relax, eat, drink, celebrate!”’

I will get up and go to my father and say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you.

Jesus answered them, “I will also ask you one question. If you answer me then I will also tell you by what authority I do these things.

For even if I wish to boast, I will not be a fool, for I would be telling the truth, but I refrain from this so that no one may regard me beyond what he sees in me or what he hears from me,

But the angel said to me, “Why are you astounded? I will interpret for you the mystery of the woman and of the beast with the seven heads and ten horns that carries her.

Let both grow together until the harvest. At harvest time I will tell the reapers, “First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned, but then gather the wheat into my barn.”’”
