Another said, ‘I just got married, and I cannot come.’

“A certain creditor had two debtors; one owed him five hundred silver coins, and the other fifty.

“Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.

Yet another said, “I will follow you, Lord, but first let me say goodbye to my family.”

Another said, ‘I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going out to examine them. Please excuse me.’

I tell you, in that night there will be two people in one bed; one will be taken and the other left.

Then another slave came and said, ‘Sir, here is your mina that I put away for safekeeping in a piece of cloth.

Then a little later someone else saw him and said, “You are one of them too.” But Peter said, “Man, I am not!”

But the other rebuked him, saying, “Don’t you fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?
