Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.”

So Simon Peter gestured to this disciple to ask Jesus who it was he was referring to.

Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She turned and said to him in Aramaic, “Rabboni” (which means Teacher).

Jesus said a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” He replied, “Yes, Lord, you know I love you.” Jesus told him, “Shepherd my sheep.”

Jesus said, “Take away the stone.” Martha, the sister of the deceased, replied, “Lord, by this time the body will have a bad smell, because he has been buried four days.”

He said to them, “Follow me, and I will turn you into fishers of people.”

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”

Jesus said to him, “Not seven times, I tell you, but seventy-seven times!

The young man said to him, “I have wholeheartedly obeyed all these laws. What do I still lack?”

Jesus said to them, “Whose image is this, and whose inscription?”

He said to them, “How then does David by the Spirit call him ‘Lord,’ saying,

Then Pilate said to him, “Don’t you hear how many charges they are bringing against you?”

He answered them and said, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”

Jesus said to them, “Have faith in God.

When Judas arrived, he went up to Jesus immediately and said, “Rabbi!” and kissed him.

But Abraham said, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; they must respond to them.’

And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unrighteous judge says!

Gazing at Jesus as he walked by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!”

Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the head steward,” and they did.
