“Have you understood all these things?” They replied, “Yes.”

Then the disciples came to him and said, “Do you know that when the Pharisees heard this saying they were offended?”

The disciples said to him, “Where can we get enough bread in this desolate place to satisfy so great a crowd?”

They said to him, ‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You go and work in the vineyard too.’

They replied, “Caesar’s.” He said to them, “Then give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

“What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said, “The son of David.”

Pilate said to them, “Then what should I do with Jesus who is called the Christ?” They all said, “Crucify him!”

He said, ‘An enemy has done this.’ So the slaves replied, ‘Do you want us to go and gather them?’

The disciples asked him, “Why then do the experts in the law say that Elijah must come first?”

The disciples said to him, “If this is the case of a husband with a wife, it is better not to marry!”

They said to him, “He will utterly destroy those evil men! Then he will lease the vineyard to other tenants who will give him his portion at the harvest.”

Therefore pay attention to what they tell you and do it. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they teach.

When he went into the house, the blind men came to him. Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to him, “Yes, Lord.”

The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Look at him, a glutton and a drunk, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’ But wisdom is vindicated by her deeds.”

When Jesus came to the area of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”
