“Is this not stored up with me?” says the Lord, “Is it not sealed up in my storehouses?

My offenses would be sealed up in a bag; you would cover over my sin.

Then he gives a revelation to people, and terrifies them with warnings,

Tie up the scroll as legal evidence, seal the official record of God’s instructions and give it to my followers.
