The Lord spoke immediately to Moses, Aaron, and Miriam: “The three of you come to the tent of meeting.” So the three of them went.

Those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moses and Aaron and to the whole community.

the Gadites and the Reubenites came and addressed Moses, Eleazar the priest, and the leaders of the community. They said,

The Lord spoke to Moses and to Aaron:

But Hobab said to him, “I will not go, but I will go instead to my own land and to my kindred.”

They came back to Moses and Aaron and to the whole community of the Israelites in the wilderness of Paran at Kadesh. They reported to the whole community and showed the fruit of the land.

They brought the captives and the spoils and the plunder to Moses, to Eleazar the priest, and to the Israelite community, to the camp on the plains of Moab, along the Jordan River across from Jericho.

“Tell Aaron and his sons, ‘This is the way you are to bless the Israelites. Say to them:

But if you are going to deal with me like this, then kill me immediately. If I have found favor in your sight then do not let me see my trouble.”

And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron in Mount Hor, by the border of the land of Edom. He said:

After the plague the Lord said to Moses and to Eleazar son of Aaron the priest,

And you must tell the Israelites, ‘If a man dies and has no son, then you must transfer his inheritance to his daughter;

but in order that they will live and not die when they approach the most holy things, do this for them: Aaron and his sons will go in and appoint each man to his service and his responsibility.

“And say to the people, ‘Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow, and you will eat meat, for you have wept in the hearing of the Lord, saying, “Who will give us meat to eat, for life was good for us in Egypt?” Therefore the Lord will give you meat, and you will eat.

Then he said to Korah and to all his company, “In the morning the Lord will make known who are his, and who is holy. He will cause that person to approach him; the person he has chosen he will cause to approach him.
