Peter looked directly at him (as did John) and said, “Look at us!”

Then Barnabas departed for Tarsus to look for Saul,

While Peter was still thinking seriously about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Look! Three men are looking for you.

“Look!” he said. “I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!”

‘I am the God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.’ Moses began to tremble and did not dare to look more closely.

All who were sitting in the council looked intently at Stephen and saw his face was like the face of an angel.

So Peter went down to the men and said, “Here I am, the person you’re looking for. Why have you come?”

Paul looked directly at the council and said, “Brothers, I have lived my life with a clear conscience before God to this day.”

As I stared I looked into it and saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild animals, reptiles, and wild birds.

came to me and stood beside me and said to me, ‘Brother Saul, regain your sight!’ And at that very moment I looked up and saw him.

But someone came and reported to them, “Look! The men you put in prison are standing in the temple courts and teaching the people!”

when he said, ‘Go to this people and say, “You will keep on hearing, but will never understand, and you will keep on looking, but will never perceive.

‘Look, you scoffers; be amazed and perish! For I am doing a work in your days, a work you would never believe, even if someone tells you.’”

But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked intently toward heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.

Now as they were going along the road, they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “Look, there is water! What is to stop me from being baptized?”

and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand here looking up into the sky? This same Jesus who has been taken up from you into heaven will come back in the same way you saw him go into heaven.”

Then the Lord told him, “Get up and go to the street called ‘Straight,’ and at Judas’ house look for a man from Tarsus named Saul. For he is praying,

Peter then told her, “Why have you agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look! The feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out!”

saying, “We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name. Look, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and you intend to bring this man’s blood on us!”

But while John was completing his mission, he said repeatedly, ‘What do you think I am? I am not he. But look, one is coming after me. I am not worthy to untie the sandals on his feet!’
