and the two will become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one flesh.

They were distressed, and one by one said to him, “Surely not I?”

And they crucified two outlaws with him, one on his right and one on his left.

He said to them, “It is one of the twelve, one who dips his hand with me into the bowl.

So Peter said to Jesus, “Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let us make three shelters – one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

He had one left, his one dear son. Finally he sent him to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’

But these are the ones sown on good soil: They hear the word and receive it and bear fruit, one thirty times as much, one sixty, and one a hundred.”

Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”

The one who believes and is baptized will be saved, but the one who does not believe will be condemned.

Jesus answered, “The most important is: ‘Listen, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.

“Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

So they began to discuss with one another about having no bread.

Jesus began to say to them, “Watch out that no one misleads you.

They said, “John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and still others, one of the prophets.”

Others are the ones sown among thorns: They are those who hear the word,

During the feast it was customary to release one prisoner to the people, whomever they requested.

“If anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a huge millstone tied around his neck and to be thrown into the sea.

Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.

Now they had forgotten to take bread, except for one loaf they had with them in the boat.

Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Jesus into their hands.
