Before he could reply I asked again, “What are these two extensions of the olive trees, which are emptying out the golden oil through the two golden pipes?”

So he said, “These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

Next I asked the messenger, “What are these two olive trees on the right and the left of the menorah?”

Once more I looked, and this time I saw four chariots emerging from between two mountains of bronze.

There are also two olive trees beside it, one on the right of the receptacle and the other on the left.”

Then I took my staff “Pleasantness” and cut it in two to annul my covenant that I had made with all the people.

Then I cut the second staff “Binders” in two in order to annul the covenant of brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

Indeed, he will build the temple of the Lord, and he will be clothed in splendor, sitting as king on his throne. Moreover, there will be a priest with him on his throne and they will see eye to eye on everything.

On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives which lies to the east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in half from east to west, leaving a great valley. Half the mountain will move northward and the other half southward.

Return to the stronghold, you prisoners, with hope; today I declare that I will return double what was taken from you.

The chariot with the black horses is going to the north country and the white ones are going after them, but the spotted ones are going to the south country.
