In everything, treat others as you would want them to treat you, for this fulfills the law and the prophets.

When Jesus heard this he was amazed and said to those who followed him, “I tell you the truth, I have not found such faith in anyone in Israel!

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “I tell you the truth, it will be hard for a rich person to enter the kingdom of heaven!

Again I say, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter into the kingdom of God.”

If anyone says anything to you, you are to say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and he will send them at once.”

So they answered Jesus, “We don’t know.” Then he said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things.

“What do you think? A man had two sons. He went to the first and said, ‘Son, go and work in the vineyard today.’

For this reason I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.
