the one who made his majestic power available to Moses, who divided the water before them, gaining for himself a lasting reputation,

After entering into an alliance with him, he will behave treacherously; he will ascend to power with only a small force.

Many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord who rules over all and to ask his favor.

But God raised him up, having released him from the pains of death, because it was not possible for him to be held in its power.

because everyone who has been fathered by God conquers the world.This is the conquering power that has conquered the world: our faith.

The Lord will judge his people, and will change his plans concerning his servants; when he sees that their power has disappeared, and that no one is left, whether confined or set free.
