But Jesus said, “Leave her alone. Why are you bothering her? She has done a good service for me.

Stay awake and pray that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

So the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God!

When Jesus saw their faith he said, “Friend, your sins are forgiven.”

“Woe to you who are well satisfied with food now, for you will be hungry. “Woe to you who laugh now, for you will mourn and weep.

Give to everyone who asks you, and do not ask for your possessions back from the person who takes them away.

That is why I did not presume to come to you. Instead, say the word, and my servant must be healed.

He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

Then he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”

But Jesus said to him, “Do not stop him, for whoever is not against you is for you.”

Whenever you enter a town and the people welcome you, eat what is set before you.

“Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father is well pleased to give you the kingdom.

Do you think I have come to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division!

When Jesus saw her, he called her to him and said, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.”

“Exert every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.

But he will reply, ‘I don’t know where you come from! Go away from me, all you evildoers!’

Then you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you, for you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”

Then the father said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and everything that belongs to me is yours.

He answered them, “I will also ask you a question, and you tell me:

“But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation has come near.
