But when these things begin to happen, stand up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

So also you, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.

And he said to them, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.

So they said, “Look, Lord, here are two swords.” Then he told them, “It is enough.”

Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king of Israel!”

Jesus answered, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you don’t understand these things?

But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.”

So Jesus said to him, “Unless you people see signs and wonders you will never believe!”

Jesus said to him, “Stand up! Pick up your mat and walk.”

They asked him, “Who is the man who said to you, ‘Pick up your mat and walk’?”

Your father Abraham was overjoyed to see my day, and he saw it and was glad.”

He asked, “Where have you laid him?” They replied, “Lord, come and see.”

Jesus responded, “Didn’t I tell you that if you believe, you would see the glory of God?”

“Do not be afraid, people of Zion; look, your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt!”

I am telling you this now, before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe that I am he.

If you have known me, you will know my Father too. And from now on you do know him and have seen him.”

“If the world hates you, be aware that it hated me first.

Then they prayed, “Lord, you know the hearts of all. Show us which one of these two you have chosen

because you will not leave my soul in Hades, nor permit your Holy One to experience decay.

But you rejected the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a man who was a murderer be released to you.
