Thus one of the men who have accompanied us during all the time the Lord Jesus associated with us,

So then, because he was a prophet and knew that God had sworn to him with an oath to seat one of his descendants on his throne,

Therefore let all the house of Israel know beyond a doubt that God has made this Jesus whom you crucified both Lord and Christ.”

Therefore repent and turn back so that your sins may be wiped out,

Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that he may perhaps forgive you for the intent of your heart.

So after Peter and John had solemnly testified and spoken the word of the Lord, they started back to Jerusalem, proclaiming the good news to many Samaritan villages as they went.

So Peter invited them in and entertained them as guests. On the next day he got up and set out with them, and some of the brothers from Joppa accompanied him.

Therefore send to Joppa and summon Simon, who is called Peter. This man is staying as a guest in the house of Simon the tanner, by the sea.’

So Peter was kept in prison, but those in the church were earnestly praying to God for him.

So now why are you putting God to the test by placing on the neck of the disciples a yoke that neither our ancestors nor we have been able to bear?

The jailer reported these words to Paul, saying, “The magistrates have sent orders to release you. So come out now and go in peace.”

So he was addressing the Jews and the God-fearing Gentiles in the synagogue, and in the marketplace every day those who happened to be there.

So since we are God’s offspring, we should not think the deity is like gold or silver or stone, an image made by human skill and imagination.

So then some were shouting one thing, some another, for the assembly was in confusion, and most of them did not know why they had met together.

If then Demetrius and the craftsmen who are with him have a complaint against someone, the courts are open and there are proconsuls; let them bring charges against one another there.

“So,” he said, “let your leaders go down there with me, and if this man has done anything wrong, they may bring charges against him.”

Now all the Jews know the way I lived from my youth, spending my life from the beginning among my own people and in Jerusalem.

So for this reason I have asked to see you and speak with you, for I am bound with this chain because of the hope of Israel.”

Is this blessedness then for the circumcision or also for the uncircumcision? For we say, “faith was credited to Abraham as righteousness.”

Consequently, just as condemnation for all people came through one transgression, so too through the one righteous act came righteousness leading to life for all people.
