The one who says he resides in God ought himself to walk just as Jesus walked.

because the person who gives him a greeting shares in his evil deeds.

And a leper approached, and bowed low before him, saying, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”

And after taking the cup and giving thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you,

saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood!” But they said, “What is that to us? You take care of it yourself!”

And Jesus ordered them, “Watch out! Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod!”

So Pilate asked him again, “Have you nothing to say? See how many charges they are bringing against you!”

So Pilate asked them, “Do you want me to release the king of the Jews for you?”

He asked for a writing tablet and wrote, “His name is John.” And they were all amazed.

One of the experts in religious law answered him, “Teacher, when you say these things you insult us too.”

so he thought to himself, ‘What should I do, for I have nowhere to store my crops?’
