Bathsheba replied, “That’s fine, I’ll speak to the king on your behalf.”

Then two prostitutes came to the king and stood before him.

But Naboth replied to Ahab, “The Lord forbid that I should sell you my ancestral inheritance.”

In the third year King Jehoshaphat of Judah came down to visit the king of Israel.

Then Jehoshaphat added, “First seek an oracle from the Lord.”

The king of Israel summoned an official and said, “Quickly bring Micaiah son of Imlah.”
